Our Story

It all started in 2014 with a sewing machine + fabric at her kitchen table. Using a cut-up diaper box as a pattern, Amber created the “bibdana” - a blend of bib + bandana. Her first creation was for her son, Logan (roo), which she showcased on her Instagram then known as “mama sew happy”. Hard work, late nights and dedication as she continued to expand and grow, which would lead her to millie+roo.

INSPIRATION

The inspiration behind it all? Amber’s children Miliana (millie) + Logan (roo). Amber created new designs as they grew based on what they needed or she wanted them to have. She has now created hundreds of unbasic basics that are practical for everyday wear.
