  • Do you ship worldwide?
    • Yes, we do! Just enter your country along with shipping information at check out. International shipping (including US territories) may exceed normal shipping times and tracking may appear "stuck" due to processing time in customs. Please email cs@millieandroo.com if you have any questions. 
  • I have a question about an order, what is the best way to contact?
    • Thank you so very much for your order! If you have any questions or concerns, please email cs@millieandroo.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We have a 24 business hour email response time, especially during sales and new releases. We will get back to you. 
  • How do I apply a discount code?
    • When checking you can apply one (1) discount code. There will be an option to enter it upon checkout. You can use one and only one code upon checking out. If you have a free shipping code, you will not be able to apply a % off coupon in addition. You will have to choose one.
  • I forgot to enter my code at checkout! Can you refund the difference
    • Unfortunately, we do NOT refund the discount if the code was missed at checkout. Please be sure to double check your order before checking out to ensure the correct items are ordered and the correct discount code (if any) is applied. 
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    • We will have orders out the door same day or next business day. We use an expedited shipping option and tracking will be provided upon shipment. During large sales, our shipping times can occasionally extend to 4-5 business days. 
  • Do you offer discounts for first time buyers?
    • We do! In order to receive this discount, please sign up for our emails.
    • In addition, if you follow us on Instagram and Facebook, you will be the first to know about any codes and new products available.
  • How do I wash my products?
    • Every item is machine washable. We recommend using a phosphate free detergent to preserve the quality of the colors and fabric.
    • For washing any of the apparel, care should be taken when washing. It's important to turn inside out and hand-wash / wash on gentle cycle (in a garment bag).
    • To maintain the shape and have minimal amount of shrinkage, please air dry your items for longevity. 
  • Can I do a return or exchange?
    • If an item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package. Please email ASAP with a photo of defect and packing slip to cs@millieandroo.com

  • How do I know what size to order?
    • We have a very useful size chart available on the site. If you have any other questions, please either shoot us an email or you can join our VIP group on Facebook for all the insider information and to ask any questions you may have about sizing.
  • Can shipping be combined on multiple orders placed?
    • With the transition to our new warehouse, orders are sent to the fulfillment floor in real time. While this ultimately means we're able to get orders shipped either same-day or next business day, it does also mean we are no longer able to combine orders before shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience. 
  • Can I cancel an order?
    • We have a NO CANCELLATION policy. With our new warehouse, orders are sent to the fulfillment floor in real time. This means we're able to get orders shipped either same-day or next business day. Due to the high number of orders that come in, please be sure to order the correct size(s), style and color.
  • Why would I have received a refund?
    • On occasion, our site can oversell an item. If this happens, a refund will be issued, and an email/text may go out about this. 
  • Why do my sleepers say NOT INTENDED FOR SLEEPWEAR?
    • As you may know, sleepwear is a very touchy subject for the CPSC. We are proud to say all of our bamboo viscose items pass CPSC testing and are all OEKO-tex certified. We take pride in having this certification and testing completed and strive to have the highest quality and safest products for all of our babies. If you have any questions regarding this, please email cs@millieandroo.com and we would be happy to discuss further with you. 
  • Where are your items made?
    • We work with a couple of amazing teams. One here in Sunny California. I used to make every single item with my two hands; however we now have an amazing team that we are so proud to be working with. Quality is our main goal and want you to have confidence your child can wear these pieces for as much as they can as long as they fit. We have also developed a relationship with an amazing and ethical team overseas. We are slowly incorporating some AMAZING and high quality organic OEKO-tex certified BAMBOO VISCOSE pieces into our line.
