It all started in December of 2013 - I got a sewing machine for Christmas and started making BIBDANAS for my 6-month-old boy! From there, the brand has grown, evolved and taken many different directions all while staying true to some core values. Millie and Roo are my children’s nicknames, and they are and always have been my main inspiration. We are California natives and in our free time, we enjoy getting out and being active. Spending time at the beach, sporting events, hitting up craft fairs, camping and going to Hawaii.

We’re currently in the process of relocating to Texas for my husband’s career in the US Army! I joined the millie+roo team as a new mom in July 2023. When I’m not working + being a mama, I love reading, taking pictures, and thrifting. I do many different things here at millie! Marketing, operations, wholesale, brand ambassador team, influencer coordination, customer service - I do a little bit of everything + that’s just the way I like it!

I started working for millie + roo in August 2022. My favorite thing to do aside from take pictures, is shop and get coffee. You can always catch me googling the nearest coffee shop! My role within millie + roo is primarily working with our facebook page.

I also own a small business where I hand embroider sweaters! My favorite food is carbs and my favorite thing to do is go shopping! My role within millie + roo is primarily working with tik tok, influencers and collaborations. I’m excited to connect with you!

After getting married, we relocated to Tennessee, where we have been living for the last 15 years. Our family includes two children – a son and a daughter – along with two dogs, 15 chickens, and a lone turkey. My role within millie+roo is primarily organizing all of our content!
Email me • Jenna Bieber • CUSTOMER SERVICE GURU ABOUT ME I live in Vermont and have been with my high school sweetheart for almost 15 years. Together we have two amazing boys, Milo and Jameson! Before getting pregnant with my second born I worked as a case worker helping people living with HIV. Since then, I have dedicated more time to my photography business. When I’m not working or taking photos, I enjoy drinking coffee or head banging with my oldest son to rock music. My primary role at millie + roo is customer service. I also will be found working the backend of our Instagram and enhancing our SEO.
Email me • Morgan Grimes • ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER ABOUT ME I’m 30 and was born and raised in central Oklahoma, where I still reside with my husband and miracle ivf babe, Holland! We have three big dogs, and our house is chaotic at all times! I work full-time as a neonatal intensive care nurse! On days I’m not working at the hospital, you can catch me shopping or spending time at the lake with my family! I’ve been with Millie+Roo since mid-2024! My primary role with Millie+Roo is to assist with the brand ambassador team as well as work on the backend of Instagram!
