The only thing I regret is not buying these sooner! I have a smaller build up top, but a larger backside so buying pants (especially joggers) is always a toss up. These joggers fit me perfectly! It literally feels like I'm not wearing pants! Will definitely buy more! I'm 5'4" and 156ish lbs. I have plenty of room to move around and used the drawstring to bring in the waist.

Runs true size or size up for a little room. I am 125 lbs and around 5’4”. I purchased an XS and they fit fitted. I will buy a small in the future to have a mix of fitted verses a little extra room.
