- WHAT WILL THE CODE BE??: The code will be the same all month! BF
- ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?: Each day will have a different sale, with details posted for that day's sale! On site-wide sale days, the only exclusion will be GIFT CARDS. Gift cards will exclusively be included on Cyber Monday (Monday, December 2nd).
- WHAT ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE?: All in-stock items on the site will be available for purchase during our sales! We will have EXCLUSIVE items added on Black Friday at 7am PT. However, there will be NO RESTOCKS during the sales.
- CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Absolutely! If an item is marked down, you can absolutely use the code BF to save even more!
- CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?: No - unfortunately, our site only allows one code per order. However, you can use Roos and/or a gift card in conjunction with a discount code.
- CAN YOU COMBINE ORDERS DURING THE SALE?: Due to the large amount of orders that we receive during this amazing time, we are not able to combine or alter orders in any way.
- I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN YOU SWAP SIZES OR CANCEL THE ORDER?: During our month of sales, please pay close attention to your cart before placing your order. We will be unable to change, cancel, or update any items in the orders. We have a ZERO cancellation policy during this time.
- I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THE CLOTHES DON'T FIT- CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?: All items sold during any sale are considered FINAL SALE. If you choose to purchase Redo at checkout, you will have the option to return any final sale item for store credit. If you do not purchase Redo at checkout, you will NOT be able to return final sale items for any reasons.
- I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! WHAT CAN I DO?: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please shoot an email with a photo, order number, and description to cs@millieandroo.com within 72 hrs of receiving item.
- I FORGOT TO ENTER THE CODE AT CHECKOUT, CAN I BE REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE?: During large sales like this, we will graciously refund the discount (if forgotten + placed during the correct time frame) on the order in a form of a shop credit in your ROO account. You must be logged into the website with the email you placed the order to see the credit.
- I ACCIDENTALLY SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS?: Because our warehouse processes orders in real time, we are unable to make any changes to orders - including address changes - once an order is placed.
