  • ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?: This sale is sitewide, meaning you can apply the sale towards any items on the site, excluding gift cards!
  • CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT CODE ON ALREADY DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Absolutely! If an item is marked down, the code will still apply! This is a great way to take advantage of an even better price! 
  • CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?: No - unfortunately, our site only allows one code per order. However, you can still apply gift cards and roos on sale orders!
  • CAN YOU COMBINE ORDERS DURING THE SALE?: Due to the large volume of orders that are placed during sales, we are not able to combine orders or make any modifications after an order has been submitted. 
  • I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN YOU SWAP SIZES OR CANCEL THE ORDER?: During our week of sales, please pay close attention to your cart before placing your order. We are unable to change, cancel, or update any items in the orders. We have a ZERO cancellation policy during sales.  
  • CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?: All items sold during any sale are considered FINAL SALE.  If you choose to purchase Redo at checkout, you will have the option to return any final sale item for store credit. If you do not purchase Redo at checkout, you will NOT be able to return final sale items for any reasons.
  • WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST?: If you opted in for redo at checkout, you are covered for package protection! We ask that you wait 15 business days before a package is considered lost. Simply use our online portal to submit a claim! If you choose to not purchase package protection, we are unable to replace any items or refund and it will be the buyers responsibility to file a USPS claim. We highly recommend purchasing package protection for any large orders.
